Why pay for ringtones? Use this tutorial to make your own free ringtone from MP3 with Audacity.

What you need to make a ringtone from MP3:

We recommend the open-source audio editor Audacity that is available for all major platforms - Windows, Mac and Linux. Using Audacity, you can easily edit your MP3 file.
You will also need the LAME library, which allows Audacity to export files as MP3 files.

Both Audacity and the Lame MP3 encoder are available for a free download
